Wellness at Workplace
At Straive, we believe that a healthy workforce is a productive workforce, and as such, the health and wellness of our employees is a top priority. We constantly look for ways to ensure our employees are not just physically fit, but also emotionally and mentally well. Our regular programs, such as webinars on self-care, physical wellness and stressbuster activities help our employees keep a work-life balance, whether they are working from home or onsite. As all the activities are recorded, they are also made available so employees can access them in their own convenient time.
Under the banner of “Self-Care”, our monthly webinars where healthcare professionals provide talks on health-related topics. Some of these include:
- A Learning Session on Mental Health Awareness
- Healthy Diet and Nutrition in times of Pandemic
- Identifying Factors or Conditions on Stress, Anxiety and Mental Health
- Manage Stress Before It Manages You
- Importance of sleep and impact on health benefits; problems of sleeping (insomnia/sleep walking/sleep talking) workers)
Our Stressbuster activities allow employees to attend online fitness sessions that feature various forms of physical activities, such as home workouts, Zumba and yoga, ultimately encouraging employees to make physical fitness as a habit.
Stressbuster talks on the other hand comprise a series of webinars to help employees de-stress and include topics related to interests, hobbies, learning, and other fun games and activities.
Through the Employee Assistance Program, we provide short-term professional counselling to help employees manage their emotional needs. Support is available 24/7 and can be accessed in multiple ways, either via direct dial, email, the website or by downloading the app on a mobile phone.
Our employees are important to us and we believe that wellness and health programs at the workplace are an excellent way to take care of them and promote positive behavior at work.
